Private Banks Marketing - Strategy Karnataka Bank bid to draw more customers Our Bureau
Mangalore , May 5 THE Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Karnataka Bank Ltd, Mr Ananthakrishna, has said that the bank has to go to the doorsteps of customers for business. However, selection of customers should be done judiciously. Addressing the regional heads' conference to review the performance of eight regions here on Thursday, he said the expectations of customer are to be met with innovative techniques. Referring to the recent credit policy of the Reserve Bank of India, Mr Ananthakrishna said that the thrust for the current financial year is on the growth of deposit. The bank may be small in size, he said, but it is rich in tradition, experience, financial strength and quality of service. A bank release said here that Mr P. Jayarama Bhat, General Manager, briefed the members about the goals for the current financial year.
