US Soft is now US Tech International

US Software a services company based in Kerala, has changed its name to US Technology International.

The name change reflects US Technology's vision as a cohesive organisation with expanding global reach, said Mr Sajan Pillai, Chief Executive Officer of the parent company, US Technology Resources LLC.

Unifying companies under the US Technology brand will make way for a common platform for expansion of business in the US, India, Malaysia and other parts of the world, Mr Pillai said. This will also establish the company as a vendor of services and solutions in both IT and business process outsourcing rather than just software services.

US Technology International is a subsidiary of the California-based US Technology Resources LLC, which was recently assessed globally by KPMG at CMMi Level 5 and PCMM Level 5. The company provides high quality software engineering services to Fortune 500 customers such as Safeway and Costco.

US Technology International employs nearly 2,500 professionals and has Fortune 1000 companies such as Safeway and Costco on the client list. .

Our Chennai Bureau reports: US Technology Resources opened its second India development centre in Chennai on May 3.

The new centre will serve as the company's delivery hub for BPO, ERP and managed IT services operations. The company expects to employ more than 250 associates in the facility by year- end
