Satyam SAP offering

Our Bureau

HYDERABAD: Satyam Computer Services Ltd on Thursday announced the launch of its Enterprise Services Architecture (ESA) service offering as part of its SAP practice.

Satyam said ESA was SAP's blueprint for services-oriented architecture and was powered by SAP NetWeaver - a comprehensive open integration and application platform from SAP.

With this launch the company said it has reasserted its leadership among offshore SAP service providers and has become the first among Indian offshore players to identify the importance of ESA.

ESA enables organisations to be innovative, flexible and agile in adapting to the changes in the market by increasing the focus on business processes and building adaptability into this basic building block of an organisation, the company informed stock exchanges.

According to the company, a large percentage of the current (nearly 25,000) and future customers of SAP are expected to adopt SAP NetWeaver/ESA over the next few years and the market potential for SAP ESA promises to be huge.
