FII investment in Aftek, LIC Housing & Hexaware

MUMBAI: The Reserve Bank of India has notified that foreign institutional investors (FIIs) can now purchase shares and debentures up to 30 per cent of the paid-up capital of Aftek Infosys Ltd, up to 49 per cent of LIC Housing Finance Ltd and up to 100 per cent of Hexaware Technologies Ltd.

FIIs can purchase the equity shares and convertible debentures of these companies under the portfolio investment scheme. These companies have passed resolutions to this effect at their board of directors and general body meetings.
