Microsoft to host zonal round of Imagine Cup contest

New Delhi , May 9

MICROSOFT Corporation India today announced that it would host the zonal round of the India leg of Imagine Cup contest in Delhi on May 11.

Imagine Cup is a global contest held by Microsoft to provide students across the world with an international platform to showcase their software development skills.

"The annual contest is in its third year, and this year more than 5000 students across India are participating. The theme for Imagine Cup 2005 is `Breaking down Boundaries', and students were encouraged to conceptualise technology solutions to help address emerging social issues," a Microsoft release said here.
