Hyderabad Ind unit sale get shareholder nod

Hyderabad , May 9

THE shareholders of Hyderabad Industries Ltd have consented to sell, transfer or otherwise dispose of the whole of the heavy engineering division (HED) of the company situated at Uttarapara in West Bengal in favour of Titagarh Wagons Ltd. The company informed the stock exchanges that the shareholders approved the proposal through postal ballot with requisite majority.
