HOMEOPATHY company Dr Batra's Positive Health Clinic aims to achieve a turnover of Rs 100 crore by the end of the current fiscal.

It will open 18 clinics across the country, taking the total number to 45.

Dr Mukesh Batra, Chairman and Managing Director, said the total investment for the expansion without the real estate costs would be around Rs 10 crore.

"These investments would be funded through internal accruals," he said.

The company hopes to attract 1.5 lakh new patients this year, taking the total number to seven lakh. He said the clinic would also strengthen its staff strength to 960 from 327.

Dr Batra said the company has a budget of Rs 16 crore for an intensive brand awareness campaign. The Indian homeopathy market is estimated to be Rs 630 crore and has been growing at 20-25 per cent.

Dr Batra's plans to be present in the over-the-counter segment.
