Dr Reddy, who led a team to Iran recently, said the delegation discussed various issues such as mutual tourism promotion between Hyderabad and Tehran, organising Iranian exhibition of handicrafts, handlooms, tourism products, cuisine and Iranian film festival at Hyderabad and vice versa.

The delegation also discussed the issue of promoting tour operators to function from Tehran and Hyderabad for inbound tourists. A proposal to offer special quota for Iranian students in MBA programme of National Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Management at Hyderabad was also discussed, the Minister told the media here on Tuesday.
