HELIOS & Matheson Information Technology Ltd has completed the acquisition of all the three vMoksha companies — vMoksha Technologies Inc, US, vMoksha Technologies Pte Ltd, Singapore, and vMoksha Technologies Pvt Ltd, Bangalore. vMoksha has 510 employees and has presence in the US, Europe, Singapore and India.

The all-cash deal was closed at $19 million and includes the earn-out for achieving financial targets over a two-year period. The share purchase agreement was signed on Wednesday between officials of the two companies , says a press release issued by Helios & Matheson.
