Hyderabad , May 16 HERO Mindmine, a training and learning solutions company belonging to the Rs 11,500-crore Hero group, has announced the launch of `COMMIT', a programme designed to address the communication needs of the IT industry professionals here on Monday. Addressing the media at the national launch, its Business Head, Mr Asheesh Gupta, said the IT industry professional in today's global environment needed more than technical expertise to drive the organisation's success. From all stages of the career and all functions of a company, from documentation to programming, business development, marketing and customer services, they need to communicate effectively with their peers, customers and team members, he said. `COMMIT' is a suite of seven programmes tailored for the IT industry professionals. The programme is designed and developed in consultation with the IT industry experts. "The first of its kind training programme, `COMMIT' is built to enhance communication skills and enables professionals to meet communication challenges at various levels of interface, ," Mr Asheesh Gupta said.
