CTI Shipbrokers India Pvt Ltd has announced its plans to open an office at Dubai Maritime City, the first purpose-built maritime facility aimed at serving a global maritime audience.

The move, which is reflective of Dubai's growing reputation as an international maritime hub, also highlights the company's commitment to increase its operations and expand its market share, according to a statement issued by Dubai Maritime City.

CTI Shipbroker's primary business is to source ships and cargoes for Indian ship-owners and charter companies.

However, as the company continues to grow, it is also sourcing a considerable amount of business for international ship-owners.

Apart from taking advantage of the time zone, which implies that Dubai is able to do business with trading nations during business hours, CTI Shipbrokers wants to cater to upcoming charter companies in West Asia.

CTI continues to build upon its international clientele and access markets worldwide. Apart from Indian fixtures, CTI has fixed vessels for loading in Argentina and for international ship-owners and charter companies.

Dubai Maritime City will be a 216-hectare manmade peninsula with a multi-dimensional maritime centre providing a unique world-classenvironment for the global maritime community.
