Welspun, Glofame merger complete

MUMBAI: Welspun India Ltd has informed the BSE that the scheme of amalgamation between Glofame Cotspin Industries and the company and their respective creditors and members has come into effect from May 18, with the appointed date being April 1, 2004.

By virtue of the filing of the High Court orders with the Registrar of Companies on May 18, Glofame Cotspin Industries stands dissolved and merged into the company.
