Canara Bank uses Polaris tool

CHENNAI: Polaris Software Lab Ltd has announced that Canara Bank recently completed a rollout of a countrywide automation solution to scale up its cards operations to service more than five million potential cardholders from the present 1.25 million.

The project involved implementing the Polaris `Intellect cards' product for managing card issuance, fraud management, authorisation, loyalty management, debit card, management and collections. The solution was implemented at the head office of Canara Bank, card operations, in Bangalore.
