THE Ministry of Company Affairs has asked the Registrar of Companies to issue notice to Reliance Group companies on complaints received from Mr Anil Ambani on lapses in corporate governance norms.

"We have asked the RoC to give a notice to Reliance," Ms Komal Anand told presspersons when asked about the action being taken by the Ministry on complaints filed by Mr Anil Ambani.

The Ministry is just concerned with the unlisted entities and the lapses if any noticed in their following the Company Law requirements, she said.
