Pharmaceuticals Novartis Q4 net dips to Rs 46 lakh Our Bureau
Mumbai , May 20 NOVARTIS India Ltd has posted a net profit of Rs 46 lakh for the three months ended March 31, 2005 compared with Rs 20.87 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2004. The total income has dropped to Rs 96.52 crore (Rs 123.36 crore), the company told BSE. Novartis posted a net profit of Rs 65.12 crore (Rs 113.76 crore) for the year ended March 31, 2005. Total income decreased to Rs 510.87 crore (Rs 563.06 crore). The company said that its board of directors has recommended a dividend of 200 per cent, Rs 10 per equity share of Rs 5 each, for the year ended March 31, 2005.
