Expert to address power meet

HYDERABAD: Mr T.L. Sankar, IAS (Retd), an energy expert and senior advisor and former principal of the Administrative Staff College of India, has been invited to deliver the keynote address at the session on `India energy and power sectors'.

He will speak at the two-day international conference on "India: The Next Decade," organised by Chatham House, in association with the Rajiv Gandhi Institute for Contemporary Studies at London on June 27.
