Beeyu Overseas gets BSE nod for listing

AFTER the second public issue, which is scheduled to hit the market during this week, Beeyu Overseas Ltd will have its shares listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange.

This was announced by Mr B.P. Singh, Chairman and Managing Director of the company, at a press conference here as part of the pre-issue roadshows.

According to him, the company has got all the necessary clearances from the BSE. In fact, the company has been trying to get its stock listed on this bourse for quite some time.

At present, the shares of Beeyu Overseas, a major player in the bought leaf tea sector of South India, are listed in Kolkata, Kochi, Coimbatore and Inter-Connected stock exchanges.
