Thirumalai Chem to merge group co

Chemidye Manufacturing Company Pvt Ltd is likely to be merged with Thirumalai Chemicals, an associate company, according to a notice by the latter to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

The Rs 10-crore Chemidye Manufacturing Company produces chemicals based on Thirumalai Chemicals' products — phthalic and maleic anhydrides.
