Announcements Accor bags Novotel(Hyd) management contract Our Bureau
Hyderabad , May 26 ACCOR, a European travel, tourism and corporate services company, has bagged the management contract for Novotel Hyderabad, being developed by Emaar Properties, the Gulf-based property developer. An Accor press release said here on Thursday that the hotel would serve the Cyberabad Convention Centre near the HITEX expo facility at Madhapur in Hyderabad. Both the convention centre and the hotel would be ready by March next, in time for the Asian Development Bank annual meeting to be held two months later. The convention centre was being taken up by Emaar with its joint venture partner AP Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Ltd. The hotel would have two restaurants, including The Square brand. In Dubai, the company managed two hotels - 412-room Novotel and a 210-room Ibix, near the Dubai International Exhibition and Convention facility.
