Our Bureau

KOCHI: The net profit of Geojit Financial Services Ltd has gone up to Rs 10.4 crore, up from Rs 9.23 crore last year.

The company has reported a 35-per cent growth in revenue to Rs 54.4 crore (Rs 40.15 crore).

Coming after the announcement of a 1:1 bonus issue last year, the company has declared a 20-per cent bonus to its shareholders.

The growth in net profit was muted because the company was on a major expansion spree last year, sources in Geojit said. The company, which has 250 offices in its pan-India office network, is continuing its foray into new regions, a press release issued here said.
