Ensim Corp to buy TeleGea

ENSIM Corporation, player in hosting automation software, on Tuesday announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire TeleGea Inc, provider of service delivery solutions for hosted Voice over IP (VoIP) services.

The combination of Ensim and TeleGea will offer service providers a suite of software solutions enabling rapid delivery of converged voice and data services with reduced cost of operations and fflexibility to support evolving business models, Mr Sandip Gupta, Chief Executive Officer, Ensim, told presspersons here while teleconferencing.

He said the combined company would operate under Ensim's brand, with headquarters in Sunnyvale (California) and regional offices in Waltham (Massachusetts) and Pune.

Mr Gupta said he would continue as President and CEO and Mr Steven Domenikos, CEO of TeleGea, would act as a strategic business advisor. The TeleGea acquisition accelerates Ensim's entry into the high growth VoIP space and leverages TeleGea's robust solution offering, industry expertise, and market presence.

For TeleGea, Ensim brings its market leadership and wide customer base as well as a solid foundation for growth and scale, Mr Gupta said.
