Exim Bank pays Rs 65.44-crore dividend to Govt

New Delhi , June 1

EXPORT-Import Bank of India (Exim Bank) on Wednesday paid a dividend of Rs 65.44 crore to the Government for the financial year ended March 31,2005.

Mr T.C.Venkat Subramanian, Chairman and Managing Director, Exim Bank, presented the dividend cheque, to the Finance Minister, Mr P. Chidambaram, here on Wednesday.

An Exim Bank release said that it had made a post-tax profit of Rs 258 crore for the financial year 2004-05.
