The Hindu Business Line : Ma Foi Global Search joins international network federation

MA Foi Global Search Services Ltd (Ma Foi Search), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Chennai-based Ma Foi Management Consultants Ltd, has joined the International Executive Search Federation (IESF), a global search network with a presence in 48 countries.

With this, Ma Foi Search will be the exclusive representative of this network for India, Dubai and Sri Lanka. This will also help it to do cross border searches while adhering to global process standards. The company has so far placed candidates in 615 senior positions.

Earlier this year, Ma Foi's HR-BPO and consulting businesses were merged to form Ma Foi Consulting Services Ltd while Executive Search, earlier a part of Ma Foi Management Consultants Ltd, was hived off as an independent company — Ma Foi Global Search Services Ltd.

Ma Foi Management Consultants retains the staffing business comprising permanent staffing, flexi staffing and assessment divisions.

Currently, Ma Foi has a presence in seven countries through its 50 offices — in India, the UAE, the UK, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Malaysia and Muscat.
