Bajaj launches Wave in Vizag

VISAKHAPATNAM: Bajaj Auto launched its automatic scooter, Wave, in the city at Varun Bajaj on Saturday. Mr D. Satyanarayana, the regional manager of the ASPRTCwas the chief guest.

Mr B.K. Senapati, the regional manager of Bajaj Auto, said that Wave at Rs 32,700 was aggressively priced. It is Rs 6,000 less than Honda Activa and Rs 1,000 more than the 60 cc Scooty. The two-wheeler had already entered the market in Maharashtra and Hyderabad. It would be launched soon in other major towns of the State, with a target of selling 2,000 vehicles in the next three months in the State.
