ICFAI offers new PG courses

Hyderabad , June 6

THE ICFAI University has announced the inauguration of the Centre for Post-Graduate Studies (ICPGS) here on Monday offering two-year full-time campus-based postgraduate programmes in English, Economics, Psychology, Mathematics, Statistics and Journalism.

In a press release, the ICPGS Associate Dean, Prof G.R.K. Murthy, said the university would offer a stipendiary assignment for all the students of postgraduate centre.

The students would be paid a stipend of Rs 3,000 per month from the second semester onwards, subject to their satisfactory academic performance.

Over and above the discipline-specific subjects in the PG programme, the students would also be trained in IT and soft skills, Prof Murthy said.
