The corporation is developing a road side park along Link Road, which connects Binny Road to Dams Road, in Chennai. Following this, building debris is being dumped along the road which has resulted in the road width getting reduced. At one stage, this road, along which is located the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board's head office, was to be developed as a four-lane stretch to reduce congestion on Anna Salai.
