Australian cookies launched in Kerala market

KOCHI: UNIBIC, Australia's speciality biscuit manufacturer, has announced the launch of two cookie brands - Anzac and Bradman - in the Kerala market here on Tuesday.

The company has set up a Rs15-crore production facility at Bangalore which caters to both the Indian and international markets.

The company is in the process of rolling out more speciality brands during the course of the year, Mr D.D. Saxena, Managing Director, UNIBIC India, said. The aim is to make a national presence by the end of 2005.
