Nihar board okays property sale

HYDERABAD: Nihar Info Global Ltd has informed the BSE that the company board has approved the sale of immovable property mortgaged to bankers to repay dues for a full and final settlement.

The board, at its meeting on Wednesday, authorised Mr B. S. N. Suryanarayana, Managing Director of the company, to execute the sale deed, and also approved the appointment of Mr V. Satyanarayana as an Additional Director.
