HYDERABAD: The Chairman of Hyderabad Urban Development Authority, Mr D.Sudheer Reddy, laid the foundation stone for a Coca-Cola sponsored check dam at Nandergul village near Saroornagar, Hyderabad on Saturday.

Coca-Cola India in association with Smaran, a non-governmental organisation, has decided to build a check dam with a capacity of 24,000 cubic meters of water within an area of 10 acres to support the storage requirement of the village, according to a statement from Coca-Cola.
