Real Estate & Construction Mega housing project from Ceebros Nina Varghese
Chennai, June 13 ON Oakshott, Ceebros' mega housing project in the heart of the city, Mr Reddy said all sanctions have been received from Government agencies concerned. The Ceebros group had purchased the 47.63-ground property in an auction from the Income Tax department for Rs 22.15 crore. The property is located at Bishop Garden in Raja Annamalaipuram. The project, covering a total built-up space of over two-lakh sq. ft., will be ready for handing over by March 2006, said Mr Reddy. The three-bedroom apartments, covering about 1,800 sq. ft. each, will cost about Rs 4,000 a sq. ft. There will be 110 apartments in total, with each apartment having two car parks. There will also be 40 visitors' car parks. Mr Reddy said there would be an association or party hall, a health club with separate facilities for women and men, a swimming pool and a library (with about 10,000 books). The company has completed two mega projects in Virugambakkam and Valasarawakkam catering to the middle-income group.
