Buys stake in Visu Consultants

HYDERABAD: Taib Bank EC, a sub-account of Taib Securities Mauritius Ltd, has acquired 7,50,000 lakh shares amounting to 7.44 per cent in Visu Consultants Ltd, a company engaged in student training and placement services.

In a statement, the company Vice-Chairman and Managing Director, Ms Sonia Reddy, said that the company planned to diversify into setting up international schools in India, Myanmar and in African countries. The company plans to float a GDR issue to finance this expansion plan.
