Telecommunications Marketing - New Products & Services Reliance unveils 4th WebWorld Express in Kochi Our Bureau
Kochi , June 16 RELIANCE Infocomm on Thursday unveiled the fourth Reliance WebWorld Express outlet in Kochi. Speaking at the inauguration, Mr Mahesh Thampi, Head of Reliance India Mobile for Kerala, said: "WebWorld Express is the first serious attempt at complete customer life-cycle management in the country. Considering the importance that an Indian customer attached to a touch-and-feel experience, this real initiative by Reliance Infocomm is set to provide the mobile user with an altogether new service experience in this digital age." Reliance WebWorld Express is the largest exclusive retail network by a single telecom operator in the country. There are more than a thousand Reliance WebWorld Express outlets across the country, with 62 in Kerala. "Through these stores we will handhold the customer for all telecommunication needs throughout the customer's lifespan with Reliance Infocomm. This facility will literally serve the customer at his doorstep - from updating with product and services related information to even facilitating with even speedy bill payments," Mr Thampi added. The WebWorld Express outlets would be supplemented by the existing 240 Reliance WebWorld stores in operation across 110 cities which already have customer care centres. With a standard look and feel, these stores go beyond selling handsets and accessories to ensure personalised billing services, Mr Thampi said.
