Ness Tech bags BridgeCo deal

Our bureau

BANGALORE: Ness Technologies said on Friday that it had bagged a three-year offshore contract from BridgeCo, a provider of home entertainment networking solutions. However, Ness Technologies did not disclose the size of the contract.

Under the terms of the deal, Ness will establish an R&D centre for embedded software services at Ness Technologies' Managed Labs facilities in Bangalore, said a company press release.

Ness Managed Labs builds and operates extended development centres (EDCs) in India for independent software vendors (ISVs) worldwide. The new extended centre, called BridgeCo Bangalore-EDC, complements BridgeCo's existing R&D resources located in Switzerland.
