Kopran assigns 3 brands, inhaler design to Merck

Mumbai , June 21

KOPRAN Ltd has entered into an alliance with Merck Specialities Pvt Ltd. It has assigned its brands Vent, Tini and Bid's range of products and inhaler design to Merck.

Vent is an anti-asthmatic product, Tini is for gastrointestinal problems and Bid is an antibiotic. The total consideration of the deal is Rs 20 crore and it will include the transfer of technology by Kopran for the manufacture of finished dosage forms.
