Paris air show

This is with reference to the editorial "Aviation on Wings" (Business Line, June 22), which pointed out that the week-long French air show was one of the most significant indicators of the take off of the aviation sector.

In a vast country like ours the private sector airlines have not only to cater to passenger traffic but also to promote agriculture, trade and industry.

The Aviation Ministry should give them timely support by developing the required infrastructure.
