HCL merger scheme okayed

NEW DELHI: HCL Technologies has said that unsecured creditors of the company, at their recent meeting, have approved the scheme of amalgamation of HCL Technologies (Mumbai) Ltd, HCL Technologies BPO Services Ltd, HCL Enterprise Solutions (India) Ltd, DSL Software Ltd, Shipara Technologies Ltd and Aquila Technologies Ltd, with the company.

This is subject to approval of the High Courts of Delhi and Karnataka, the company said in a notice to BSE.
