Telecommunications Anil Ambani may visit Reliance Info headquarters tomorrow Our Bureau
Mumbai , June 24 MR Anil Ambani, who is soon to take charge of Reliance Infocomm, is expected to visit the headquarters of the company in Navi Mumbai this Sunday. This is the first time Mr Anil Ambani would be entering the Dhirubhai Ambani Knowledge City, as the company `campus' is referred to in official communications by the Reliance group. Sources at Reliance Infocomm said they did not remember any occasion when the younger Ambani was seen at the complex. During the high-decibel inaugural launch of Reliance Infocomm's mobile services in December 2002, Mr Anil Ambani was absent. This function too took place at the DAKC. It is not known what exactly Mr Anil Ambani's visit on Sunday will consist of. Meanwhile, Reliance Infocomm is set to have a new board of directors. The company is also on the hunt for a Chief Executive Officer, said sources.
