Rs 25 cr for tackling drinking water shortage in AP

HYDERABAD: In view of the drinking water problem in the State, the Chief Minister, Dr Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy, has issued an order for the release of Rs 25 crore immediately.

Nellore, Kurnool, Adilabad, Nalgonda, Prakasam, Karimnagar, Khammam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam and Chittoor districts will get the funds for taking action, according to an official release on Sunday.
