AP: Training in soft skills

Our Bureau

HYDERABAD: Renaissance SoftLabs and Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education (APSCHE) have come together to impart soft skills for students aspiring for professional careers and to train trainers.

Announcing this partnership today, Renaissance said they would conduct training and post training assessment through tests and certify for a joint accreditation.

Renaissance would assist APSCHE in continuously monitoring the performance of private training institutions.

As a part of this initiative, the project includes training trainers for private training institutes, post training assessment and joint accreditation, training university teachers across all levels, and continuous monitoring and feedback on performance training institutions.

The APSCHE-Renaissance communication skills initiative is aimed at bringing industry, academia and students together on a common platform. This forms part of the effort to bring in convergence among various agencies aimed at consolidating human resources.
