PSU Money & Banking - Financial Performance TCIL net up at Rs 10.55 cr Our Bureau
New Delhi , July 2 TRANSPORT Corporation of India Ltd (TCIL) has registered a profit after tax of Rs 10.55 crore for the 2004-05 fiscal, compared to Rs 7.53 crore in the previous fiscal, according to a company release. The net sales during 2004-2005 were Rs 735.89 crore a 16 per cent increase over the 2003-2004 sales of Rs 633.84 crore, said the company. The earnings per share were at Rs 10.05, against Rs 7.17 in the previous financial year. Mr Vineet Agarwal, Executive Director, TCIL said, "The results of this financial year are a reflection of the faith and confidence that our discerning customers have reposed in our ability to provide seamless supply chain solutions."
