Megasoft to pick 60% in German co

CHENNAI: Megasoft, an IT firm, is acquiring a majority stake in beam AG, a German IT services company.

Megasoft plans to take a 60 per cent stake in the German firm, which posted a turnover of £1.4 million last fiscal, through an all-cash transaction. The value of the deal was not provided in a press release issued by Megasoft.
