THE Andhra Mahila Sabha's P. Obul Reddy Institute of Technology and Management (AMS-PORTAM) will launch four post-graduate courses in the financial and social sectors.

The courses are PG Diploma in Actuarial Science; Life Insurance Administration and Marketing and General Insurance Administration and Marketing. These would be run at the Dr C.D. Deshmukh Centre for Financial Services Management.

The PG Diploma in Social Sector Management will be offered from the Dr Durgabai Deshmukh Centre for Social Sector Management. Ms Sudha Narayana Murthy, Chairperson of the Infosys Foundation, Bangalore is expected to formally inaugurate the institute and launch the new courses on August 7.

Ms Rama Devi said about 18-20 corporates and institutes have assured placements to the students who complete their PG diplomas. Mr M. Seetharamaiah, Secretary of the P.
