Srinivasa Shipping, KB Mall tie-up

CHENNAI: Srinivasa Shipping and Property Development Ltd has entered into an agreement with KB Mall Management Pvt Ltd, Mumbai, a Pantaloons Group company to construct a 1.27 lakh sq ft, mall called Chennai Central Mall.

Mr Prakash Challa, Managing Director, Srinivasa Shipping and Property Development Ltd, said the company has entered into a joint venture with the Pantaloons Group to form Anchor Malls Pvt Ltd

The total project, including land cost, is estimated to be Rs 60 crore. Under the contract, Srinivasa Shipping and Property Development will undertake the development and construction of the mall, which is estimated to cost Rs 20 crore, Mr Prakash Challa said.
