Intacct launches ERP software

BANGALORE: The US-based Intacct Corporation has announced the launch of its software development operations in India, focussing on enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. As IBM's only `ERP on Demand' partner, Intacct introduced the first Web native business application suite with multi-entity management capabilities.

Mr Robert J. Jurkowski, CEO, Intacct, said the company would leverage the country's entrepreneurial spirit and engineering talent to build the next generation of business process-driven ERP on demand for the mid market.

Intacct is also the leading platform provider for US-based BPO firms, delivering finance and accounts services, he said, adding that the same would be offered to BPOs in India.
