MBT completes work for Oman co

PUNE: Mahindra British Telecom (MBT) has announced the completion of an integrated implementation of Microsoft's customer care framework (CCF) for Omani company Nawras.

MBT is working with Microsoft as a systems integrator (SI) to deliver Microsoft CCF to telecommunication service providers. Nawras, Oman's new mobile communication service provider and the second GSM operator licensed to operate in the country, was already capitalising on the advantages offered by the MBT-Microsoft relationship, said a press release.
