Marginal dip in Vimta Labs profit and turnover

HYDERABAD: Vimta Labs Ltd, the Hyderabad-based contract research and clinical trials company, has suffered a marginal fall both in sales turnover and net profit for the first quarter of current fiscal ended June 30.

As per the unaudited financial results taken on record by the board here on Saturday, the company posted a sales turnover of Rs 12.64 crore (Rs 12.81 crore) and a net profit of Rs 3.63 crore (Rs 3.83 crore), yielding an EPS of Rs 10.05 (Rs 10.63) on an equity base of Rs 3.6 crore.
