Bangalore , July 15

THE Punjab-based Oswal group is planning to set up more retail stores in the country.

It plans to invest Rs 30 crore to set up more than 50 retail outlets across the country by March to market intimate wear and fashion and casual wear.

Oswal hopes to open 120 stores in three years under the brand Sensa for selling lingerie, inner wear and the brand AO's for fashion garments. The group has four Sensa outlets in Delhi, Gurgaon and five AO's outlets in Delhi, Gurgaon and Ludhiana.

Mr Adish Oswal, Director of Oswal Group, told Business Line that with South India setting the pace for faster economic growth, the company hopes to emerge a leading player in the mid-pricing segment of garments.
