ADA hires one more Bharti executive

Mumbai , July 18

THE Anil D. Ambani group is hiring senior executives almost on a daily basis. The group, known as the ADA Enterprise group, today announced the appointment of a new Vice-President for Technology Development.

The candidate Mr Debabrata Chowdhury, will be a key technology resource for the group, said a news release.

The ADA group last week had appointed Mr Rajeev Batra, from Bharti Tele-Ventures, as Vice-President, IT and Technology.

Mr Chowdhury comes to ADA Enterprises from Bharti Tele-Ventures Ltd, where he was Chief Technology Officer of Enterprise Services. His responsibilities at Bharti include product innovation and solutions for the company's telecom products and services targeted at Airtel's Enterprise market of India's top corporate clients.

Prior to Bharti, he has worked in the US for organisations such as Hughes Network Systems Inc, Network Equipment Technologies Inc, Telenova and Nortel.
