Infosys, Oracle to focus on Asia-Pacific

BANGALORE: Infosys Technologies and Oracle have reiterated their commitment to address the business needs of customers in the hi-tech manufacturing and financial services sectors in Asia-Pacific. The Oracle Asia-Pacific Executive Vice-President, Mr Derek Williams, said: "The synergies between the two companies, together with Infosys' strong business process knowledge and Oracle's product innovation, will result in lower operating costs and improved focus on Asia-Pacific and global customers."
