SBT essay competition

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: State Bank of Travancore (SBT) proposes to conduct an essay competition for students of classes 8-12 as part of its diamond jubilee celebrations.

An official spokesman said that the topic of the essay would be `My Dream Bank', and the essays may be written in Malayalam, Hindi or English. There will be separate prizes under each language.

Not exceeding 1,000 words and handwritten in ink, the essays should be forwarded through the head of the educational institution to the Manager, Community Services Banking Department, State Bank of Travancore, Head Office, Poojappura, Thiruvananthapuram - 695012 so as to reach him not later than July 31.
